Photo painting software

Will you take a normal photo and make it look like it is made from oil or watercolour painting? There are software to transform  photo to painting which give you the power to do so. You can customize your model by choosing the type of brush strokes to use. You can edit the original image by changing the background or adding things.

However, this will not be an actual painting. It will be more like an impression. Some software allows you to download trial versions so you can try before you buy. There are freeware, but they do not possess the characteristics of the paid versions.
