Watercolour

The watercolour paintings are done with water-soluble pigments and water on an absorbent paper. The effect produced from the computers compares well and produces good results on most photo types. However do find that close up intricate detail as found in the foreground of the castle photo does not show up as well.

Watercolor is a painting technique based on the use of finely ground pigments, agglutinated with gum water. It is typically practiced on a specific paper. Transparency differentiates the gouache is opaque.
